Use of the site

Marogui's website is intended to inform users about the restaurant's services, facilitate reservations and enable communication with users. You agree to use the site lawfully and to refrain from any action that could damage, overload or impair its operation.

Reservations

Reservations made through OpenTable are subject to availability and to that platform's own policies. Marogui reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, notifying the user as far in advance as possible.

• We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.
• For parties of 6 or more, please contact the restaurant directly.
• Marogui does not charge a deposit for standard reservations.

Private events

Private event quotes requested through the contact form are indicative and do not constitute a contract. Formalizing any private event requires signing a specific agreement and, where applicable, paying a deposit agreed upon between the parties.

Intellectual property

All content on the website marogui.com — including text, images, logos, design and code — is the property of Hoteles Vallisoletanos S.A. de C.V. or its respective owners, and is protected under Mexican copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Limitation of liability
